Interactions 2012 - NICE Global Customer Conference

Next week will see more than 1,500 industry leaders and NICE customers arrive in Nashville, Tennessee for NICE’s Global Customer Conference, Interactions 2012. The annual event is the industry’s leading customer conference offering delegates the opportunity to hear industry experts discuss key trends, challenges and emerging practices in the market.

It’s the first Interactions conference since Fizzback became part of the NICE family back in October 2011 and there is huge excitement in London at the opportunity to participate in an event of such magnitude and influence within the arena of customer interactions.


Attendees will gain first-hand insights into NICE’s roadmap and vision for our solution portfolios going forwards with some hugely exciting developments in the pipeline. With various members of the NICE Fizzback team presenting and demonstrating the vision of Next Generation Customer Experience Management, the event promises to be the most successful to date.
